- Postdoctoral Fellows - We have just been advised by the University of Toronto that the Ontario Labour Board has ruled that postdocs are employees rather than students. We cannot currently offer housing to postdocs pending final verdict from the University.

- Residence Tours - Registration Required: Next tour date May 24th at 2pm and 3pm sharp. Please meet us in the lobby of 35 Charles Street West to join the tour and see different apartments and the facilities on site for students with families. Register at family.housing@utoronto.ca or 416-978-8049.
- Construction at the street level of 35 Charles Street West to begin in May or June 2012. It will be noisy! The concrete in front of 35 Charles St W will be removed, repairs will be done to the subflooring structure, and concrete will be replaced. The columns will be repaired at the same time. Access from Charles Street to the main entrance of 35 will be blocked for the project, so please remember to go around on St Nicolas to the St Mary Street side of the building.
- Parking Garage Structural Repair Project Phase 3 - Alternative parking and community spaces are available in the area.
- Online Maintenance Requests are done through the portal by the student resident.
